What is the process for a custom project?
The process includes: (1) free consultation and collecting your wishes, (2) architectural sketches and layout development, (3) price offer, (4) project approval and production, (5) delivery and installation. We guide you through every stage.
Can I use my own architect?
Yes! If you already have a finished project or an architect, we can work with it. Our factory converts your project into panel technology and builds the house according to the specification.
How long does custom project construction take?
Depending on the complexity and size, a custom project usually takes 4–6 months — including design, municipal approval, production, and installation.
Is it possible to finance a custom project with a loan?

What is included in the custom project price?
A turnkey house with completed interior and exterior finishing of your choice, foundations, panel delivery, installation, and a 10-year warranty. VAT and building permit costs are not included in the price.
