Eco 72 is a modern two-storey house with 72 m² of living area. It features a spacious open-plan living room with high ceilings that create a sense of openness. The layout allows for 3 bedrooms, adapting to family needs.

Does the modular house come with a warranty?

Yes, every house we build comes with a 10-year warranty for the structure and internal networks.

How long is the construction time?

Depending on the queue, the house panels are manufactured within a few weeks. The overall process usually takes 3-4 months, including design, approvals, and the construction work itself.

Can the house be customized?

Yes, every client can adapt the house layout and finishing materials to their preferences. In such cases, it is best to book a consultation at the office so we can find the best solution together.

I already have my own project, can you build it?

What is modular house Nordis 70?

Can the house layout be adapted?

Yes. During your consultation, we discuss possible changes to the layout and finishing materials. The changes, costs and technical feasibility are agreed in your individual quotation.

How long do production and installation take?

The schedule depends on the project, chosen finish, production workload and plot readiness. Design, production, foundation construction and installation dates are agreed in your individual quotation.

What foundations does the house need?

We choose the foundation to suit the project and ground conditions. We generally use screw piles for modular houses and slab foundations for larger panel houses. Foundations are included in both finishes.

Can the house purchase be financed by a bank?

You can discuss financing with SEB or another bank of your choice. We can help prepare information about the house project and quotation. The bank decides whether to approve a loan and sets its terms.

What is included in the grey and full finishes?

Grey finish includes an insulated timber frame with PAROC Ultra stone wool and membranes, roofing, windows, Swedoor exterior doors, exterior cladding, internal drainage and electrical installation, and interior construction up to plasterboard.

Full finish includes everything in the grey finish, plus completed interior finishes, interior doors, bathroom underfloor heating and PRANA heat recovery ventilation. These additions are not included in the grey finish.

Both finishes include foundations, building authority approval, delivery and installation. Kitchen units, sanitary fixtures and heating equipment are optional extras agreed in your individual quotation. VAT is added to the displayed prices.
