Does the modular house come with a warranty?

Yes, every house we build comes with a 10-year warranty for the structure and internal networks.

How long is the construction time?

Depending on the queue, the house panels are manufactured within a few weeks. The overall process usually takes 3-4 months, including design, approvals, and the construction work itself.

Can the house be customized?

Yes, every client can adapt the house layout and finishing materials to their preferences. In such cases, it is best to book a consultation at the office so we can find the best solution together.

I already have my own project, can you build it?

The Mini modular house is a compact, factory-made living solution with an area of 20 to 50 m². It is delivered ready for assembly and allows you to move in much faster than with traditional construction.

How quickly is the Mini house installed?

The assembly itself usually takes 1–3 days. The overall process — from order to keys — is approximately 6–10 weeks, including production and delivery.

Can the Mini house be used as a permanent residence?

Yes! The house is a full-fledged residential unit with insulation, electrical installation, and plumbing preparation. It is suitable for both permanent living and seasonal use.

What foundation is required?

Depending on the ground conditions, screw supports (in areas without peat) or a concrete strip foundation are usually sufficient. Our specialists will help you choose the most suitable option.

Is it possible to finance a house with a loan?

Yes, in cooperation with SEB Bank we offer favorable financing terms. Our partners will help you find the most suitable loan solution.

What is included in the price?

A turnkey house with completed interior and exterior finishing, foundations, delivery, installation, and a 10-year warranty. VAT is not included in the price.
