Villa Nordis

Villa Nordis is one of our standard timber frame houses with an adaptable layout to suit your lifestyle while maintaining an elegant and refined appearance. A second floor can also be incorporated into the project. The total living area of the project is 130 m², but the efficient layout also allows it to be expanded if the client wishes.

Does the house come with a warranty?

Yes, every house we build comes with a 10-year warranty for the structure and exterior facade.

How long is the construction time?

Depending on the queue, the house panels are manufactured within a few weeks. The overall process usually takes 3-4 months, including design, approvals, and the construction work itself.

Can the house be customized?

Yes, every client can adapt the house layout and finishing materials to their preferences. In such cases, it is best to book a consultation at the office so we can find the best solution together.

I already have my own project, can you build it?

Yes, we also work with custom projects. Contact us and we will prepare an offer for your project.
