The Kāpa Living modular house is a modern 25 m² leisure modular house suitable for year-round living. It is well insulated, energy-efficient, and adapted to the Latvian climate, ensuring comfort in both winter and summer.

The compact layout includes a living area with the option to equip the modular house with a fold-down bed, a kitchen area, and a sanitary unit. A bright, practical design and large windows create a sense of spaciousness even in a small area.

Does the house come with a warranty?

Yes, every house we build comes with a 10-year warranty for the structure and exterior facade.

How long is the construction time?

Depending on the queue, the house panels are manufactured within a few weeks. The overall process usually takes 3-4 months, including design, approvals, and the construction work itself.

Can the house be customized?

Yes, every client can adapt the house layout and finishing materials to their preferences. In such cases, it is best to book a consultation at the office so we can find the best solution together.

I already have my own project, can you build it?
