Modular House "Duo" is a 108 m² home with a bright and thoughtful layout. The house consists of two connected modules, and its interior arrangement can be adapted to your needs - from 1 to 3 bedrooms. The remaining space forms an open-plan living area with a kitchen, wardrobe, and bathroom. The building meets A+ energy efficiency standards, ensuring low operating costs and comfort.

Does the house come with a warranty?

Yes, every house we build comes with a 10-year warranty for the structure and exterior facade.

How long is the construction time?

Depending on the queue, the house panels are manufactured within a few weeks. The overall process usually takes 3-4 months, including design, approvals, and the construction work itself.

Can the house be customized?

Yes, every client can adapt the house layout and finishing materials to their preferences. In such cases, it is best to book a consultation at the office so we can find the best solution together.

I already have my own project, can you build it?
