Modular House "Double" is an energy-efficient timber frame building with a 250 mm thick insulation layer.
Windows with a U-value of 0.8 W/(m²K) ensure high heat retention. The house is 7.6 m long, 4.6 m wide, and 5 m high, with a total built area of 32.6 m². The living area is 25 m², plus an additional 10 m² bedroom area in the loft, offering a compact yet comfortable living space.
An additional extension is also available, as shown in the image.

Does the house come with a warranty?

Yes, every house we build comes with a 10-year warranty for the structure and exterior facade.

How long is the construction time?

Depending on the queue, the house panels are manufactured within a few weeks. The overall process usually takes 3-4 months, including design, approvals, and the construction work itself.

Can the house be customized?

Yes, every client can adapt the house layout and finishing materials to their preferences. In such cases, it is best to book a consultation at the office so we can find the best solution together.

Double is a combination of two modules that provides a larger living area, usually 60–100 m². The modules are manufactured in the factory and joined on site, significantly reducing construction time.

How quickly is the Double house installed?

Assembly of the two modules usually takes 2–4 days. The total time from order to keys is approximately 8–12 weeks.

Is it possible to customize the interior layout?

Yes! The wall placement and door openings between the modules can be changed, creating an open or divided space according to your wishes. Consult our designers.

The Double house meets B energy class requirements. Using modern insulation and triple-glazed windows, heating costs are significantly lower than in traditionally built houses.
